Meet Carly O’Toole, Founder & CEO of Kingdom Builders Investing With over nine years of experience in real estate, Carly O’Toole is passionate about helping people build lasting wealth through strategic property investments.

Her faith in Christ is the foundation of everything she does, inspiring her to serve not just her clients but also her community. Carly is an active member of her local church and consistently gives back by supporting initiatives that aid the less fortunate.

Through Kingdom Builders Investing, Carly’s mission is to create thriving communities, help families build generational wealth, and honor God in every investment and interaction. She believes real estate is more than transactions — it’s about stewardship, legacy, and impact.

Van Sturgeon

Consultant & strategy

Van brings more than 30 years’ experience and proven ability as a highly-successful contractor, outstanding real estate entrepreneur, and skillful real estate coach. He has been involved in every facet of real estate including land development, subdivision, custom home building, and has built and renovated thousands of apartments, single family homes, multi-family buildings, and other commercial properties.

Hunger Fight started in 2012 when founder Sherri Porter saw how many children in North Florida were going hungry. Based in Jacksonville, we’re a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to fight childhood hunger and illiteracy through two key programs: Food for Their Bellies and Books for Their Brains. By partnering with schools and the community, we’re helping kids get the meals and reading tools they need to grow, learn, and succeed.
